I was treated by Dr. Paige Benyamein the day after I suffered a serious dog bite to my nose. By the time I saw her, I was extremely frightened and emotionally shaken. My nose had been badly injured, an infection had already developed, and I had to go through the distress of having the area treated and stitched again. Dr. Benyamein was exceptional in every way. She was incredibly kind, patient, gentle, and compassionate with me from the moment I arrived. I was very nervous and in pain, and because of the infection, the anesthesia took longer to fully take effect. She never rushed me. She remained calm, attentive, and careful, and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. At the same time, I was also very scared because I had lost my sense of smell after the injury. That was, and continues to be, a major concern for me. Dr. Benyamein listened to me with patience and compassion, and her calm and reassuring manner helped me enormously during a moment when I felt frightened and vulnerable. The dog bite, the infection, the damage to my nose, the need to have my stitches redone, and the loss of my sense of smell have made this an extremely difficult experience for me. Dr. Benyamein could not erase what had happened, but the way she cared for me made an awful situation feel much more manageable. I felt genuinely cared for and supported in her hands. I am deeply grateful that she was the physician who treated my nose and placed my stitches the second time. Her skill, patience, gentleness, attention to detail, and compassion meant more to me than I can adequately express. This injury has been physically and emotionally very difficult, and I will always remember how Dr. Benyamein treated me during one of the most frightening moments of my life. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Rodriguez that I knew he was the right choice for the procedure. From the front office staff to the medical staff the customer service was exceptional! My questions were answered in a timely manner. I was able to text and it didn’t matter how trivial my question was it was answered with joy.I had a Deep Plane face and neck lift with Conture TRL laser. Everything went as planned and the results are more than I could have hoped for! Dr Rodriguez is a true artist. His patience and caring demeanor contributes to the whole experience. Elaine Long59 days agoI received Botox and lip filler injections from Dr. Rodriguez last week. It was my first time doing this. I’m happy with the results on my forehead and lips. The crows feet don’t look much different, but, I’m told it can take up to two weeks for full results. I’m not going to lie… the lip injections were painful. The Botox injections are just feel like little needle pricks. I’d do both again. The doctor and Brittnie were both very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable with them. Mae80 days agoI had a Sciton BBL laser treatment series here a few months ago and I’m really happy with the results. My skin looks clearer, more even, and the sun spots have noticeably faded. They really know how to tailor BBL laser treatments to your skin, which made a big difference, especially with my melasma. It didn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all approach at all. Rachel, who performed my laser treatments, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable at every appointment and tailored the treatments to my skin’s needs, which I really appreciated. Dr. Rodriguez was also wonderful. Three months before my consultation with Dr Rodriguez, I started following his stories on Instagram. I very much liked what I was seeing that I finally decided to book a consultation. From my very first consultation appointment, to surgery, and follow ups; everyone from the receptionist Brittney, nurse Rachel, to Dr Rodriguez have been absolutely amazing! Never once has anyone made me feel rushed, especially Dr Rodriguez. He literally takes his time with you, answers any and all questions you may have, and I know I ask a lot of questions. I genuinely feel that I made the best decision in choosing Dr Rodriguez. I felt so comfortable with him that I brought my daughter in for liposuction on her stomach and love handles. Dr. Rodriguez has extensive experience in his field And it shows in his demeanor and patient bedside manner, in a system where it is incredibly hard to have a provider actually listen and understand Your specific needs he hit all the marks. They accommodated me on multiple occasions and went the extra mile when a different provider was unable to meet the needs that I had. The office is also incredibly clean and well-maintained.
